PROJECT SUMMARY

As part of the Southampton General Hospital – General Intensive Care Unit (GICU), Sen Consultancy provided Project Management services under Procure22 Framework NEC contract.

This was completed as part of Level F Theatres Refurbishment. Sen Consultancy’s role consisted of working closely with the key stakeholders, wider Trust and the main contractor to minimise disruption to 24/7 neighbouring Theatres and Intensive Care Units whilst ensuring the construction was completed on time.
